501(c)(3) NONPROFIT!

As a newly designated 501(c)(3) nonprofit, the Black Commercial Real Estate Network (BCREN) is now better positioned to enhance its mission of promoting diversity and inclusion in the commercial real estate industry.

This status allows BCREN to expand its programs significantly, furthering the professional growth of Black commercial real estate professionals and the industry altogether.

OUR MISSION

The MISSION of BCREN is to provide a community of connection, idea sharing, support, and mentorship for Black members of the commercial real estate industry with the intent of increasing our voice and presence. To connect with schools and youth organizations, and to provide Black youth with an awareness of the real estate field and of professional opportunities within the industry.

ABOUTUS

The BCREN increases communication and awareness around diversity in the commercial real estate industry.

Our membership is comprised of commercial real estate professionals of all career levels and ranges of experience.

Our 1,000+ members in the U.S. range from private firms and government agencies, to trade organizations, for-profit enterprises and community nonprofits.

Our network includes developers, investors, architects, attorneys, finance professionals, contractors, asset managers, and brokers working across a range of firms, from family office enterprises to multinational companies.
